Whilst we endeavour to provide accurate shipping costs at checkout, certain products may attract additional freight charges due to their size, weight, destination, or carrier requirements.

Products classified as “Big and Bulky” may incur additional freight charges where:

• The packaged item weighs more than 20kg; and/or
• The packaged item exceeds 109cm in length; and/or
• The delivery address is located in a regional, rural, remote or otherwise non-standard service area; and/or
• The carrier imposes oversized freight, manual handling, tail-lift, residential delivery or remote area surcharges.

Where additional freight charges apply, Fine Pebble Aquarium reserves the right to contact the customer after an order has been placed to provide a revised freight quotation.

Customers may choose to:

(a) Pay the additional freight charge and proceed with the order; or

(b) Cancel the affected item(s) and receive a full refund for said item(s).

Orders requiring additional freight charges will not be dispatched until the customer has approved and paid any applicable freight surcharge.

Fine Pebble Aquarium reserves the right to decline shipment of oversized or heavy items where freight services are unavailable, impractical or prohibitively expensive.

Out of stock items

If an item purchased is out of stock, we will make reasonable efforts to supply the item within aproximately 15 business days. If we are unable to supply the item within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a refund, store credit or alternative product at the consumers discretion. 

Returns and Refunds

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
(“ACL”) cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by these Terms and
Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any
rights or remedies available to consumers under the ACL.

If a product is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from
its description, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL,
you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as
provided by law.

For products that do not have a major failure,
Fine Pebble Aquarium may elect to repair or replace the product within a
reasonable time. 

Change of mind Returns

Fine Pebble Aquarium is not required to provide refunds or exchanges where you:

• Change your mind;

• Ordered the wrong item;

• Ordered the wrong size, colour or model;

• Found the item cheaper elsewhere; or

• No longer require the item.

However, at our sole discretion, we may accept change-of-mind returns subject to the following conditions:

• Return requested within 14 days of purchase;

• Item remains unused and in original condition;

• Original packaging, manuals, accessories and documentation are included;

• Product is in a resalable condition;

• Return freight is paid by the customer.

Where a change-of-mind return is approved, a restocking and handling fee of up to 20% may apply.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
