PICKUP
We offer a flat rate delivery…
- Orders placed and paid for will be despatched within 2 working days of the time of the completed order if in stock.
- Deliveries over 20kg may incur extra delivery charge and you will be notified of extra cost.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS IN TRANSIT
Whilst every effort is made by Fine Pebble to ensure our shipment packing conforms to the highest standard it is your responsibility to ensure there are no breakages or missing items at the time of delivery. All goods and invoices must be checked on arrival. Fragile items such as light tubes, heaters, aquarium tanks (glass or plastic) must be inspected on arrival to ensure they are intact. Please refuse the delivery if you find shortages, incorrect or damaged goods in the shipment and notify us within 24 hours of receipt, otherwise claims will not be recognized. By signing for and accepting a delivery you acknowledge that the product has arrived in good condition. Fine Pebble does not take responsibility for products if you have given authority to the courier to leave. We only have a 24hr period to claim with couriers.It is your responsility to check your iteams when you receive them. Out of the time we no longer can help you with the products received.
AUSTRALIA POST’S EXPRESS POST
We offer a flat rate delivery…
- Choosing the Express Post option will incur an extra postage fee.
- Goods delivered by Express Post are guaranteed next day delivery to all capital cities and major metro areas. Please refer to the Australia Post website to view this guarantee. If you live in regional, rural or more remote areas, we will endeavour to get your parcel there as quick as possible.
- Once your parcel is posted you will be send a tracking number, which you can use to see how far away your parcel is to your door.
- For a full listing of postal times and information on areas not covered by the Express service, visit the Australia Post website.
- Please ensure that your details are correct as we will not be liable for delays caused by these errors.
